Refund can take up to 2-4 working days to reflect in your account depending on your bank.
Damages and issues(Wrong item, damaged product, incorrect sizes, incomplete product)
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they reach you safely. If, however, your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us or send us a photo of the damaged product and packaging within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will promptly address the issue for you
Processing
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging . You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please use our returns/exchange portal here within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a return pick up for the product.
Upon return, the article will go through a quality check to guarantee there’s no abuse or manhandle of the item exterior of our control. Once the returned item passes the quality check to guarantee it is unused and in its unique bundling arrange, an exchange/refund will be dispatched. No fees and requirements.
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if we have initiated and processed the order.

Go to Order History in My Account, select the products you want to return and place a return request.
2. Box up your products
Wrap and seal your products in their original packaging and ensure that all tags are intact.
3. Hand over your return
Our courier partner may take 3-5 business days to pick it up. They’ll give you an acknowledgement receipt when they do.
4. Receive your refund
We’ll check your returns and credit your refund to your card, bank account, accountin 2-7 days. If you’ve paid by cash, you can opt either for a transfer to your bank account.
